About the Sales Consultant Role

RASF is seeking a Sales Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves contributing to the company's sales targets and revenue growth by engaging prospective clients and managing the sales process from initial contact to contract closure. The role requires a focus on building strong customer relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and represent RASF Investment Company's products and services to potential and existing clients.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers to understand their needs and business requirements.
  • Provide professional sales consultations and recommend suitable solutions aligned with customer expectations and company offerings.
  • Manage and follow up on sales leads, converting them into qualified opportunities and successful sales transactions.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and site visits as required.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in accordance with company policies.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and conditions and support the closing of sales agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless contract execution and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, opportunities, and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Follow up with customers after sales completion to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities organized by the company.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance summaries for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager within the scope of the role.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in real estate or investment is preferred.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Required Skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Effective client relationship management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required.
  • English proficiency is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves direct client interaction and requires participation in various company-organized promotional activities.
