Sales Coordinator Retail

About the Role

Jotun is seeking a Sales Coordinator - Retail to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for providing essential administrative and sales support to the sales and marketing department, ensuring efficient daily operations and the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Role Context and Reporting

The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in facilitating inter-departmental coordination and supporting day-to-day sales transactions. The position involves providing necessary information to meet customer needs and departmental objectives. This role is based in Riyadh and reports directly to the Area Sales Manager - Retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and sales support to the Retail Department Head by preparing and updating reports, consolidating relevant information, and coordinating across regions and with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support sales staff by following up on Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) collection to maintain Jotun’s liquidity.
• Coordinate communication and information dissemination between the Sales Manager, sales personnel, and other internal stakeholders.
• Effectively convey external inquiries and information received.
• Coordinate with Customer Service regarding price variations and customer inquiries, and assist in updating system prices and maintaining up-to-date customer credit files.
