About the Role

CSI Global is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our expanding team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on driving growth within the MEP, Commissioning, and Testing sectors. The Sales Engineer will act as a crucial link between CSI Global's technical expertise and the commercial demands of the market, identifying new project opportunities and securing contracts.

Role Purpose and Context

The Sales Engineer is responsible for generating revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding CSI Global's presence in mission-critical sectors, and building strong client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian construction market and the ability to translate technical solutions into commercial value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the KSA construction and engineering market.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for key sectors, including Data Centers, Healthcare, Infrastructure, and large-scale commercial developments.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at EPC contractors and project management consultants (PMCs).
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored CSI Engineering solutions covering Commissioning, Testing & Diagnostics, Sustainability, and BIM services.
  • Collaborate with Tendering and Technical departments to prepare accurate, competitive, and technically sound proposals.
  • Present technical proposals to clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of CSI's certified services (NEBB, NETA, LEED).
  • Lead commercial negotiations in alignment with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming mega-projects in KSA.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to Regional Management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in technical sales, business development, or estimation within the MEP, Commissioning, or Construction industry in Saudi Arabia.
  • Deep understanding of the KSA construction lifecycle, tendering processes, and contracting norms.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ASHRAE, CIBSE, NEBB, and NETA is a significant advantage.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic, written and spoken, is mandatory.
  • Valid KSA driving license and willingness to travel across the Kingdom.

Work Environment
