The Role: Sales Engineer

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for supporting our rapid expansion and requires a strong technical background with a proven track record in the Saudi construction market. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of our specialized products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for steel structures, PEB, and metal fabrication products across KSA.
• Leverage and expand an existing network of general contractors, consultants, developers, and project managers to generate qualified leads.
• Understand client engineering requirements, present technical solutions, and collaborate with the estimation/design team to provide accurate proposals.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry through negotiation to final contract signing and payment collection.
• Stay updated on upcoming mega-projects, market trends, and competitor activities in Saudi Arabia.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on sales experience specifically within the Saudi Arabian market in the PEB, structural steel, or heavy metal fabrication industry.
• A strong, established network of relationships with tier-1 and tier-2 contracting companies and consultants in KSA.
• Must possess a valid Saudi Driving License and be willing to travel across the Kingdom.
• Immediate or short-notice joiners are preferred; a transferable Iqama is considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
