About the Sales Executive Role

CEQUENS is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join its growing sales team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, individual contributor role focused on identifying, engaging, and closing new medium to large customers for CEQUENS' CPaaS and SaaS communication solutions. The role requires a proactive approach to new business development within the Saudi Arabian market.

Core Responsibilities

The primary focus of this position is new business development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively hunting and acquiring new medium to large clients across target sectors such as Banking, Fintech, Government, Healthcare, and Retail.
  • Building and managing a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, events, and market intelligence.
  • Conducting discovery meetings and presenting tailored CPaaS/SaaS solutions to address prospect communication challenges.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract signature.
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding new business revenue targets.
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline records and providing regular forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Articulating clear value propositions of CEQUENS' product portfolio to C-level and senior decision-makers.
  • Mapping client business needs to CEQUENS solutions and collaborating with internal teams to craft proposals.
  • Staying informed about market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments in the Saudi CPaaS/SaaS landscape.
  • Leading commercial negotiations and closing agreements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must possess the following:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of proven new business (hunter) sales experience in CPaaS, SaaS, Telecommunications, or a closely related technology sector.
  • A strong, demonstrable track record of selling to medium to large clients in Saudi Arabia.
  • Deep familiarity with the KSA market, including key sectors, buying behaviors, and decision-making processes.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional experience that would be advantageous includes:

  • Prior exposure to CPaaS products such as SMS, WhatsApp Business, RCS, OTP, voice, or omnichannel communication platforms.
  • Experience working with government, banking, fintech, or healthcare sectors in KSA.

Education and Work Details

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field. A relevant professional certification or MBA is considered a plus. The position is based in Riyadh and is a full-time engagement. An existing network of medium to large account contacts in the KSA market is a strong advantage.
