The Sales Manager Position

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing plan that encompasses both new and existing accounts. A primary objective of this role is to exceed revenue targets through various strategic sales activities. This position requires regular travel and a strong focus on building and maintaining client relationships to drive business growth for Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan for new and existing accounts.
  • Exceed revenue targets through strategies including outside sales calls, on-site visits, sales tours, and community networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand market trends, identify opportunities for revenue generation, and effectively position the hotel.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry to drive business growth.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Three years of previous experience in luxury hotel sales, specifically managing negotiated corporate accounts.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills.
  • Proven track record in pursuing, evaluating, soliciting, selling, and confirming business to meet individual and overall budgeted sales and profitability goals.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required for the role.
  • Experience with cluster or multi-properties is considered an advantage.
