The Role of Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be a results-driven leader responsible for scaling sales operations and managing high-performing teams. This full-time position involves defining and executing sales strategies, mentoring sales professionals, and building strong relationships with key clients and investors to achieve growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with Mada Properties' business goals to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, setting clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conducting regular performance evaluations, and providing ongoing coaching.
• Oversee the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring high conversion rates and accurate forecasting.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and high-value client segments to expand the company's portfolio.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, high-net-worth investors, and strategic partners.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, and executive teams to align campaign strategies and product offerings with market demand.

Qualifications and Experience
