The Role of Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist is a full-time position based in Riyadh, designed to provide essential support to the Sales function. This role is central to managing tender tracking, maintaining accurate pipeline data, and coordinating across various internal teams. The specialist ensures the timely and compliant submission of opportunities while also managing vendor registrations and partnerships, contributing directly to operational efficiency and sales success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Monitor and follow up on tender platforms, including Etimad, Forsah, SAP, and Oracle.
• Upload and organize tender documents and related details on OneDrive.
• Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline data.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and provide necessary updates.
• Manage company registrations on various vendor platforms.
• Maintain a comprehensive repository of contracts and agreements.
• Register and renew vendor and partner relationships.
• Maintain an updated database of suppliers and contractors.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, including Sales, Technical, and Finance.
• Schedule meetings, prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), and follow up on action items.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The position requires strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in managing administrative tasks related to sales operations. Effective communication and coordination skills are essential for successful collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
