About the Role
Qureos is seeking a Sales Representative Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to develop a career in sales within the landscaping, horticulture, or construction sectors. The role involves expanding the client base and driving sales growth by understanding client needs and presenting comprehensive solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of customers, including construction projects, construction companies, landscaping companies, and nurseries.
- Create and execute annual, monthly, weekly, and daily sales plans to achieve targets.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports on an annual, monthly, weekly, and daily basis.
- Maintain a daily visit report to track client interactions and progress.
- Consistently achieve and exceed set sales targets.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Thoroughly understand client requirements to effectively present and recommend end-to-end solutions, covering design concept, on-ground implementation, and maintenance services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to specific client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with design, project, and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project delivery.
- Stay informed about current market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, with a preference for experience within the landscaping, horticulture, or construction industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the capacity to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
- Knowledge of landscaping, softscape, hardscape, or irrigation systems would be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred.
