Sales Specialist

About the Role

FNRCO is seeking a Sales Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on engaging with potential and existing customers to present products and services and achieve sales targets. The role requires a results-driven individual with strong communication skills.

Role Overview

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for direct customer interaction, primarily through phone calls, to drive sales. This involves understanding customer needs, effectively presenting solutions, and managing the sales process from initial contact to closing. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and committed to meeting performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads and prospects, and handle inbound sales inquiries.
• Present products and services clearly, aligning them with customer needs.
• Address customer questions, manage objections, and negotiate to close sales.
• Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
• Follow up with leads and customers to convert opportunities and foster repeat business.
• Accurately record all calls, leads, and sales activity within the CRM system.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
• Provide effective after-sales support and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with management.
• Adhere to company scripts, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Secondary school diploma or higher; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 0-1 years of experience required.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets is considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a sales team environment. The role involves direct customer engagement through telecommunication channels.
