The Role of Sales Specialist

Waqd AI is seeking a Sales Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence across key sectors. The specialist will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Respond to inquiries and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with technical teams to customize AI solutions according to client needs.
• Prepare proposals and quotations for services and solutions.
• Forecast sales performance and contribute to strategic planning.
• Provide feedback to improve product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
• Participate in trainings, industry events, and client meetings to stay informed on Waqd AI’s products and industry trends.

Work Environment
