Job Title: Receptionist and Implementation of Purchase Financing Requests Job Duties: - Receive customer requests via WhatsApp and respond to them professionally. - Explain the financing mechanism and the terms of financing companies to customers clearly. - Enter customer data and follow up on financing requests with accredited financing companies. - Coordinate with related departments to ensure requests are executed correctly and on time. - Follow up on the status of requests and inform customers of updates until the process is completed. - Adhere to the company's approved policies and procedures. - Maintain the confidentiality of customer data and financial information.
