Join the Suknai Hotels and Resorts Group as a Sales Supervisor in the Bakery and Pastry sector!
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to help us enhance sales and grow our market share within Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales strategies and increase market share for our bakery and pastry products.
  • Manage existing client relationships while attracting new business opportunities.
  • Execute sales plans to achieve defined targets.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
  • Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in pastry and bakery sales within Riyadh.
  • Strong knowledge of the bakery and confectionery market, suppliers, and clients (B2B / HoReCa / Cafés / Restaurants).
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage accounts effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proven success in meeting sales goals and contributing to brand growth.
  • Preferably possess a ready network of contacts in the industry.

Education & Certifications
University degree in Engineering, Business, Sales and Marketing, or any related field.

Required Years Of Experience
4-5 years experience selling printing and MPS (Managed Print Services) Solutions.
