About the Sales Support Officer Role

WUKAD is a digital brokerage platform that connects users with financing offers from multiple banks and financing companies. The platform facilitates a competitive environment where lenders present their best offers through a single application. WUKAD provides a free service to customers, ensuring transparency without hidden fees, and supports users throughout the financing process from application to fund disbursement. This full-time, on-site position is based in Riyadh.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Sales Support Officer will provide essential support to the sales team. Key responsibilities include managing leads, addressing customer inquiries, and overseeing financing applications. This role involves coordinating with banks and financing partners, preparing and updating sales reports, and maintaining accurate records of customer information and transaction details. The Sales Support Officer will also be responsible for responding to customer questions, tracking application statuses, and resolving issues to ensure a high standard of service. Additionally, the role contributes to the implementation of sales processes, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track sales leads and customer inquiries.
  • Support the processing of financing applications.
  • Coordinate with banking and financing partners.
  • Prepare and update sales reports and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
  • Respond to customer questions and follow up on application progress.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues promptly.
  • Contribute to the implementation and improvement of sales processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness and client satisfaction.
  • Analytical skills for data review and trend identification.
  • Experience in sales operations, including lead management and process coordination.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Background in sales or sales support, preferably in financial services or related industries.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (*, spreadsheets) and digital platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required.

Education and Work Environment

A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh. The role requires collaboration within a team-oriented setting.
