About the Role

Synechron is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience, focusing on the Procure-to-Pay (PR-to-PO) process within SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

The SAP Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the PR-to-PO process. This includes a deep understanding and application of the following areas:

• Purchase Requisition (PR) creation and management.
• Understanding and configuration of various PR types.
• Analysis and support of approval workflows.
• Expertise in General Ledger (GL) and account assignment.
• Management of material and service master data.
• Vendor validation processes.
• Cost center management and allocation.
• Budget validation procedures.
• Handling contract and Firm Ware Agreement (FWA) references.
• Analysis and resolution of rejection reasons.
• Managing the conversion of PRs to Purchase Orders (POs).

Preferred Experience

Candidates with exposure to AI-enabled use cases, process automation initiatives, or broader digital transformation projects within SAP will be given preference. This experience is valuable for enhancing existing processes and driving innovation.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst.
• In-depth knowledge of the SAP PR-to-PO lifecycle.
