About the Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a senior SAP Supply Chain and Procurement Consultant to lead the Source-to-Pay and inventory management workstream for a significant S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation within a major trading group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a comprehensive, senior generalist position where you will be the sole specialist responsible for procurement, supplier management, and core inventory processes across four distinct legal entities. You will primarily work remotely, with client-facing engagement in Riyadh for critical Fit-to-Standard workshops, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and the go-live phase. Close collaboration with the Finance and Integration workstreams is essential, given the significant overlap of procurement processes with these areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops focused on procurement and inventory processes, translating client requirements into standard S/4HANA Cloud configurations.
  • Perform end-to-end configuration for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and goods receipt workflows.
  • Configure supplier master data setup, purchasing contracts, and establish processes for supplier evaluation and performance monitoring.
  • Manage the configuration of core inventory and stock management processes across all four legal entities.
  • Define and manage the integration design touchpoints between Procurement (MM) and Finance (FI), working in close partnership with the Finance Lead.
  • Oversee the data migration scope for vendor master records and open purchase orders, coordinating efforts with the Data Migration Consultant.
  • Deliver end-user training for procurement and inventory users during the Deploy phase of the project.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Possess 5+ years of SAP MM / Supply Chain consulting experience, including at least one full-cycle implementation where you served as the lead consultant.
  • Demonstrate hands-on configuration experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition procurement processes.
  • Exhibit strong, demonstrable knowledge of the complete Source-to-Pay process, from requisition initiation through to invoice settlement.
  • Have practical experience with basic warehouse and inventory management configuration.
  • Be comfortable working independently across a broad scope of responsibilities, without reliance on a large team of specialists.
  • Possess a solid understanding of MM-FI integration points, including goods receipt, invoice verification, and accruals.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Preferred candidates will have prior project experience within the KSA market, with an understanding of local procurement and supplier practices.
