About the Role

HCLTech is seeking an experienced SAP SRM Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to supporting our clients' SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain Management initiatives, with a specific focus on SAP SRM, MM, IM, and P2P processes. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in SAP SRM and proven experience in at least one support project involving S/4 Greenfield or S/4 HANA, including migration experience.

As a key member of our client engagement teams, you will be responsible for understanding customer challenges, gathering business requirements, and delivering effective SAP solutions. This role demands a proactive consultant capable of managing client interactions independently from requirement gathering through to solution delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation and support for SAP SRM module configuration.
  • Manage and participate in client engagements focused on SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain Management, specifically SRM, MM, IM, and P2P modules.
  • Interact with client team members to understand their challenges, gather business requirements, and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Deliver technical expertise on MM/P2P related reporting within the S/4 HANA environment.
  • Oversee the design, development, integration, reporting, and daily ticket support activities for SAP MM/IM & P2P.
  • Conduct functional configuration for the SAP SRM module, including Plant Configuration, Release Strategy, Material Master Creation, Service Master Creation, Business Partner Creation, and Pricing Procedure.
  • Ensure the effective use of standard reports within the SAP landscape.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Release Management process.
  • Exhibit knowledge of integration between FICO/FM modules and MM.
  • Provide process training and documentation to clients.
  • Actively share product and functional knowledge within the consulting team.
  • Guide customers towards desired outcomes by leveraging a strong grasp of business processes in the context of Analytics.
  • Work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and follow through on all responsibilities.
  • Assist and manage clients independently from requirement gathering to solution delivery, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Provide consulting advice to customers on MM Business Processes and support their decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 16 years of education.
  • Must have SAP SRM experience.
  • Must have experience in at least one Support Project with S/4 Greenfield or S/4 HANA, including migration experience.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong core consulting skills, including excellent oral and written communication, organization, planning, and client-facing abilities.
