About the Role

TK Elevator is seeking an IT SAP SCM Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to defining specifications, executing projects, and providing support for ongoing operations, focusing on SAP SD and MM modules. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to the optimization of sales and purchasing business processes and participate in SAP roll-out projects within an international context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define SAP specifications in collaboration with business teams and stakeholders for SAP roll-out projects.
  • Support the optimization of sales and purchasing business processes in daily operations, including incident analysis and interface monitoring to ensure sustainable solutions.
  • Identify business requirements, challenges, and issues, proposing solutions within relevant SAP modules.
  • Provide training to local business users on SAP functionalities.
  • Collaborate with, manage, and control external service providers based on defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Contribute to the harmonization of business processes with other IT application teams.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams at global and regional levels to implement global IT strategies, policies, and procedures that support business operations and company objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of SAP SD and MM modules and their implementation.
  • Proven experience as an SAP SD or MM consultant or analyst.
  • At least two full-cycle SAP implementation project experiences or three years of SAP service/support experience.
  • Working experience or project experience in the discrete manufacturing industry is required.
  • A university degree in finance, business administration, computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Fluent in English.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. SAP certification is highly preferred. Knowledge and experience in the SAP CS module or SAP Variant Configuration are also highly preferred. Working experience in Middle East countries is a plus. Candidates should be proactively customer and solution-oriented.
