SAP Supply Chain Senior Manager

About the Role

MRP-Global is seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Senior Manager to join its growing SAP Advisory practice in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, senior, client-facing position that combines hands-on SAP Supply Chain expertise with technology advisory, business development, and transformation delivery. The role involves advising clients on complex SAP-enabled supply chain transformations, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships.

Role Context and Focus

This position is designed for an SAP Supply Chain professional who is ready to take on a broader leadership role. It requires combining functional expertise with commercial responsibility and strategic client engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting clients from initial engagement through to project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Supply Chain advisory engagements, guiding clients through technology strategy, transformation planning, and implementation.
• Provide hands-on functional expertise across SAP Supply Chain solutions, offering advice on system capabilities, processes, and best practices.
• Support the development of SAP advisory proposals, presentations, solution offerings, and client engagements.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, contributing to sales, account management, and the growth of the SAP Advisory practice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on SAP and supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Oversee the delivery of SAP Supply Chain projects and advisory engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology and business teams to deliver integrated transformation solutions.
• Support the development of the practice, including market positioning, service offerings, and team growth.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded SAP Supply Chain leader. This role requires a combination of strong functional and technical knowledge with the ability to advise clients, develop business opportunities, and lead successful transformation engagements. The candidate should be comfortable operating across advisory, sales, account management, and delivery functions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain.
• Demonstrated ability to engage at both functional and executive levels.
• Proven experience in leading SAP Supply Chain advisory engagements.
• Strong background in technology advisory and business development.
