About the Opportunity

Datamatics Technologies is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to facilitating Agile delivery and driving continuous improvement across various enterprise projects.

Role Purpose and Scope

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering high-performing teams and ensuring the successful execution of business and technology initiatives. This position requires expertise in Scrum ceremonies, sprint management, impediment resolution, Agile coaching, and effective stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Manage sprint planning, execution, and delivery to ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Identify and remove impediments and blockers that impact team productivity and delivery.
• Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum principles, Agile practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Foster a collaborative, self-organizing, and high-performing team environment.
• Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and key Agile metrics to enhance delivery effectiveness.
• Support backlog refinement processes and ensure user stories are well-defined and prioritized.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align project goals and expectations.
• Promote Agile best practices, governance, and delivery standards across multiple teams.
• Identify potential risks and dependencies, facilitating proactive resolution and clear stakeholder communication.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess a strong background in Agile methodologies and team leadership. The role requires a professional with demonstrated ability to guide teams and stakeholders through complex projects.

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role.
