About the Role

Maharah Human Resources is seeking a Sector Manager to oversee daily operations and manage client relationships in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position requires 4-7 years of relevant experience and focuses on ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.

Role Overview

The Sector Manager will be responsible for leading operational activities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving business objectives. The role involves monitoring performance, resolving issues, and supporting growth initiatives within the assigned sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients.
• Monitor operational performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and service delivery standards.
• Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Support business growth through client retention strategies and identification of new business opportunities.
• Oversee team performance, including training and professional development.
• Monitor financial collections and manage outstanding client accounts.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with applicable company policies and regulations.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and provide recommendations to management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in operations management.
