About the Senior Account Executive Role

UNIFONIC, a SaaS startup recognized as a Great Place to Work®, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving revenue growth by acting as a trusted consultant to clients. The Sales team collaborates across departments to meet customer needs, and this role is crucial in expanding Unifonic’s market presence and securing new enterprise clients.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Senior Account Executive will lead efforts to acquire new enterprise clients, penetrate strategic verticals, and enhance Unifonic’s market position. This involves managing large-scale, complex opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and contributing to the company's brand reputation through proactive leadership. The role requires a strong focus on business development within enterprise accounts, navigating long sales cycles, and establishing executive-level relationships to deliver impactful solutions.

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans for new customer acquisition and market expansion.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new enterprise opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
  • Lead engagements with large and complex organizations, managing opportunity evaluation and pursuit strategies.
  • Cultivate and expand client relationships by introducing innovative solutions aligned with client needs and market trends.
  • Provide leadership in forecasting new business opportunities and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Formulate and present comprehensive financial and technical proposals.
  • Develop standardized budget and pricing models.
  • Track, review, and report on proposal status in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Present Unifonic’s capabilities and success stories to build client confidence.
  • Analyze competition to develop differentiated value propositions and build strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Legal teams to drive opportunity closure.
  • Represent Unifonic at industry events to strengthen market presence and generate leads.
  • Take ownership of new projects and explore opportunities to contribute to organizational growth.

Qualifications and Experience

This role requires a proven track record in enterprise sales and business development, with a strong emphasis on new customer acquisition. Candidates should possess experience in navigating complex organizational structures and managing multi-stakeholder engagements.

  • 6-10 years of hands-on experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) enterprise sales or business development, focused on new customer acquisition.
  • Demonstrated success in winning new large-scale enterprise accounts, preferably in SaaS, CPaaS, or AI-driven technology sectors.
  • Experience in structuring multi-stakeholder engagements and prioritizing high-value opportunities.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, proposal development, and deal structuring for complex enterprise sales.
  • Established network within strategic industries such as BFSI, Government, Retail, or E-commerce is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (*, HubSpot, Salesforce) and operational discipline in opportunity tracking and forecasting.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, take ownership, and deliver results.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
