About the Role

Sitecore is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for a sales professional focused on securing significant software license deals and driving revenue growth within the KSA region. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective enterprise customers, understanding their business needs, and selling directly to executive-level decision-makers. Sitecore offers a position as a leader in its industry, combined with a dynamic environment that allows for individual impact. This role requires an individual who excels at winning new business, managing complex sales cycles, and consistently exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell Sitecore DXP solutions within the KSA region.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  • Lead sales engagements with enterprise new business clients, fostering collaboration and a positive customer experience.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles, positioning the Sitecore suite to C-level executives through a consultative approach.
  • Leverage the Sitecore partner network effectively throughout the sales process.
  • Build and grow a robust sales pipeline of enterprise opportunities across the assigned region, supported by SDR and Presales teams, as well as personal prospecting.
  • Demonstrate Sitecore's offerings, articulate its value proposition, and analyze relevant market trends.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic is essential.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise selling within the KSA region is required.
  • Significant experience in enterprise software sales.
  • A demonstrable record of successfully meeting and exceeding quota targets.
  • Proven experience selling and demonstrating complex software solutions, managing the entire sales cycle at pace.
  • A solid understanding of the assigned territory, with the ability to manage and prioritize opportunities, implement growth plans, and build strategic relationships to meet deadlines.
  • Must be a succinct communicator, adept at nurturing both internal and external relationships, and skilled in seeking and providing feedback and solutions across the business.
  • A strong history as an engaging presenter, capable of demonstrating Sitecore's offerings and values to diverse internal and external audiences.
  • A consultative approach and a problem-solving mindset are crucial.
  • Excellent execution and process skills, with the ability to navigate systems and processes efficiently.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, grit, integrity, passion, and dedication.
