The Role: Senior AI Business Analyst

**** is seeking a Saudi Senior AI Business Analyst to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves translating complex enterprise needs into clear, structured AI use cases and business requirements. The Senior AI Business Analyst will work directly with clients to understand their operations, analyze current processes, identify automation opportunities, design AI use cases, and ensure proposed solutions align with business value, feasibility, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, clarification, and alignment sessions with enterprise stakeholders.
• Translate high-level business needs into structured requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, and requirement traceability across multiple work streams.
• Collaborate with clients to validate use case scope, expected outcomes, business rules, and success criteria.
• Translate approved scope into clear project plans, timelines, milestones, owners, dependencies, and delivery priorities.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify gaps, risks, dependencies, edge cases, and business constraints early.
• Design detailed as-is and to-be workflows with clear logic, branching, decision paths, and business rules.
• Design AI automation use cases across ****’s Unified Communication Platform and Agentic Platform, including customer journeys, conversation flows, escalation logic, fallback scenarios, business rules, and integration needs.
• Validate end-to-end workflows, AI agent behavior, and business outcomes before release to ensure alignment with approved client requirements.
• Ensure alignment between client objectives, proposed AI use cases, and delivery outcomes.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with 5-10 years of experience in business analysis, particularly within AI or enterprise automation projects. This role requires a proven ability to understand complex operations and translate them into actionable AI solutions. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills and experience in stakeholder management.
