This full-time role for a Senior Commercial Manager Landscaping and Infrastructure is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Project Context

This position is part of one of Saudi Arabia's largest programmes. The project involves a major mixed-use development, encompassing sports facilities, entertainment venues, arts complexes, and all associated infrastructure. Mace serves as a key delivery partner, requiring experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout various project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the preparation and formal execution of contract documents, warranties, bonds, and licences with all relevant parties.
• Lead large teams, driving performance, behaviours, and continuous improvement to achieve organisational KPIs.
• Oversee valuation measurement to ensure effective cost control, accurate forecasting, and precise commercial reporting.
• Direct the production and client presentation of monthly post-contract cost reports.
• Proactively identify cost impacts arising from design changes, contract awards, construction activities, and client-driven requirements.
• Oversee the evaluation of contractor and subcontractor claims related to delays and additional costs.
• Direct the issuance of practical completion certificates and advise on making-good-defects and final completion requirements.
• Lead Cost Consultants in enhancing cost management procedures, tools, and templates, driving best practice, continuous improvement, and supporting net-zero carbon objectives.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in commercial management, with a focus on landscaping and infrastructure projects. The position requires demonstrated leadership abilities and a proven track record in managing complex commercial processes and leading teams effectively.
