About the Role

Tafaul is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Content Manager to lead content strategy, oversee development, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful content. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on aligning content with clients’ communication objectives and brand identities.

Role Overview

The Senior Content Manager will be responsible for leading content initiatives within a public relations, marketing, or communications agency context. This position requires strong leadership, storytelling skills, and solid experience in content strategy, editorial planning, and managing content teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead content strategies that align with clients’ business objectives, brand positioning, and communication goals.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality content across digital platforms, social media, campaigns, and corporate communications.
• Lead, mentor, and manage content writers and creative teams to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
• Review and approve content for accuracy, creativity, brand alignment, and adherence to client requirements.
• Manage editorial calendars, content plans, and production timelines for multiple client accounts.
• Collaborate with public relations, account management, creative, and production teams to deliver integrated communication campaigns.
• Translate complex topics and client briefs into engaging, relevant, and audience-focused content.
• Monitor content performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements based on insights and audience engagement.
• Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and tone across all communication channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends, digital content developments, and emerging storytelling formats.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in content strategy, editorial planning, and managing content teams.
• Proven experience within a public relations, marketing, or communications agency.
• Strong leadership capabilities and excellent storytelling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead content strategies.
