About the Role

Albawani is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This office-based position is integral to supporting the Contracts and Commercial Director and Project Teams. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 20 years of experience in contract management or a closely related field within the construction industry.

  • Thorough knowledge of contract law, terms, and conditions, with a specific focus on time and cost claims.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards to ensure contract compliance with legal requirements.
  • Expertise in advanced negotiation strategies and techniques to secure favorable contract terms.
  • Understanding of the processes for preparing, submitting, and negotiating contractual claims with clients and subcontractors.
  • Experience in managing external consultants for claims and coordinating claims meetings and reports.
