About the Role

Nextwo Co. is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join its cybersecurity team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for protecting enterprise environments and securing critical business systems through the administration of Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Secure Web Proxy, and Email Security Gateway solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
• Manage and optimize SIEM platforms, including monitoring, log analysis, alert investigation, and incident response support.
• Administer Secure Web Proxy solutions, enforcing web access policies and ensuring secure internet usage.
• Manage Email Security Gateway platforms, covering anti-spam, anti-malware, phishing protection, and email security policies.
• Monitor security events and investigate potential threats across the enterprise.
• Implement and maintain security policies, rules, and configurations aligned with organizational standards.
• Perform troubleshooting, system tuning, upgrades, and health checks for security platforms.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to strengthen the organization's security posture.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous security improvements.

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity administration.
• Strong practical experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Administration, SIEM Administration, Secure Web Proxy Administration, and Email Security Gateway Administration.
• Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity operations and security best practices.
• Experience investigating security alerts and supporting incident response activities.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with various cybersecurity technologies such as Microsoft Defender, Splunk, IBM QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, Forcepoint, Symantec DLP, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Proofpoint, and Cisco Secure Email.
• Experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (*, Security+, CEH, SC-200, Splunk, Microsoft Security).
• Previous experience working within large enterprise environments.
