About the Role

King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre is seeking a Senior Data Management Program Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on ensuring the functionality and proper use of data across the enterprise, with a specific emphasis on master data maintenance and providing support to business teams and projects.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Senior Data Management Program Specialist is responsible for the overall health and utilization of data at a domain level. This includes ensuring data is accurately defined and consistently applied throughout the organization. The role involves managing the operational activities related to the maintenance of master data and medical data, providing essential support to business teams and project initiatives as required.

Key Duties and Accountabilities

• Identify business requirements and implement appropriate data capabilities and processes.
• Understand and apply established data management standards and policies.
• Collaborate closely with data stewards across various organizational entities to ensure adherence to data management best practices.
• Engage with business stakeholders and the Data & Analytics Services Division to facilitate the implementation of data governance rules and policies.
• Ensure appropriate representation and active participation in medical data governance initiatives across the business.
• Design and construct data architectures that support well-integrated transactional, collaborative, and analytical systems.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in data management or a related field. A strong understanding of data governance principles and practices is essential for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role operates within a professional healthcare and research setting.
