Senior Digital Products Specialist

About the Role

Reef Group is seeking a Senior Digital Products Specialist to support the development and operation of digital products. This full-time role involves analyzing user needs, documenting requirements, overseeing feature development, and coordinating with technical teams and business stakeholders. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Digital Product Manager in monitoring digital product development and implementing approved improvement plans.
• Gather and analyze business and user requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications.
• Prepare and maintain requirements documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria for digital features.
• Coordinate with technical teams and service providers to clarify requirements and monitor implementation based on priorities.
• Monitor the status of digital features and enhancements, ensuring progress aligns with approved plans and timelines.
• Review prototypes and digital designs in coordination with users to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document feedback, and follow up with relevant teams to ensure issue resolution.
• Analyze user feedback post-launch of digital products and provide recommendations for product improvements.
• Monitor digital product usage metrics and analyze results to support product development and enhance user experience.
• Coordinate with business functions, including Operations, E-commerce, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Finance, to ensure digital products align with business needs.
• Support the prioritization of requirements and enhancements based on operational impact and user needs.
• Monitor operational issues related to digital products and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Document digital product updates, releases, and changes, maintaining clear and accurate records.
• Prepare periodic reports covering digital product status, open requirements, feedback, and improvements.
• Support user training and knowledge transfer for new digital products and features.
• Review the quality of digital deliverables before launch, ensuring compliance with approved requirements.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of digital product development and operational processes.
