About the Role

Data Services Saudi Arabia Limited One Person Company is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst, Data Centre Finance - EMEA to join the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Finance team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves directly influencing the financial future of cloud computing products within AWS, a scalable infrastructure platform serving businesses and organizations globally.

Role Context and Impact

The AWS Finance team provides end-to-end financial support, aiming to position AWS as a low-cost provider and leader in customer experience within cloud computing. This includes supporting business owners in building, operating, and innovating cloud data centers. The role supports operations, business development, and engineering, focusing on financial analysis to enable management decisions, drive cash flow, and enhance customer satisfaction. The business is experiencing rapid growth in existing and new regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key business partner, collaborating with regional AWS management and internal stakeholders to provide financial recommendations.
• Report weekly and monthly financial and operating metrics.
• Manage the financial planning process, including modeling, analyzing, and forecasting metrics that drive budgeting, forecasting, and business decisions.
• Participate in the monthly financial close process and perform ad-hoc projects and analysis as required.
• Analyze business results to identify key insights for achieving business objectives.
• Monitor compliance with controls and systems, and develop new processes to support the expanding global AWS business.
• Prepare detailed financial models for business segments, drive business initiatives, and identify, implement, and deliver key operational efficiencies.
