About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Flight and Cabin Audit Officer to play a vital role in ensuring our flight and cabin operations meet and exceed regulatory and industry standards, contributing to our commitment to aviation safety and operational excellence.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits and inspections across flight and cabin operations. Your primary objective will be to ensure strict compliance with GACA regulations, IOSA standards, internal policies, and industry best practices. You will identify and report operational risks, verify the effectiveness of corrective actions, and actively contribute to our quality assurance system to drive continuous improvement across the airline.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and inspections across flight and cabin operations to ensure compliance with GACA regulations, IOSA standards, internal policies, and best practices.
• Identify and report risks within flight and cabin operations.
• Verify the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Contribute to the company's quality assurance system to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead internal audits of flight and cabin operations.
• Prepare detailed audit reports.
• Monitor the progress of corrective and preventive measures.
• Work closely with operational teams to promote a culture of compliance.
• Support preparations for external audits.
• Assist in refining internal audit processes and tools.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree qualification is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial airline operations is expected.
• At least 1 year of experience conducting internal audits or supporting compliance activities is required.
• An IOSA Accredited Auditor qualification is mandatory.
• Experience in flight operations is highly desirable.
• Experience in safety is highly desirable.
• Experience in quality assurance is highly desirable.
