The Role: Senior FP&A Analyst

Hala is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its Group FP&A team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for a finance professional with 5-10 years of experience, preferably from a fintech, payments, or startup background. The role involves supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, enhancing reporting through automation, assisting with Oracle EPM implementation, and serving as a finance partner to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes in collaboration with business unit stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly management reports, including variance analysis and commentary for senior leadership.
• Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes, utilizing AI tools to enhance accuracy and reduce manual effort.
• Support the implementation and ongoing use of Oracle EPM for budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities.
• Utilize SQL and BI tools to extract, analyze, and present financial and operational data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and commercial teams.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all financial reporting outputs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and controls.
• Prepare commentary and presentation materials for quarterly board reporting.
