The Role: Senior FP&A Analyst

Hala is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its Group FP&A team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is suitable for an experienced finance professional with 5-10 years of experience, ideally from a fintech, payments, or startup background, who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The successful candidate will support budgeting and forecasting cycles, enhance reporting through automation and AI-enabled analysis, contribute to the Oracle EPM implementation for planning, and serve as a finance partner to various business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, collaborating with business unit stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly management reports, including variance analysis and commentary for senior leadership.
• Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes, utilizing AI tools to enhance accuracy and reduce manual effort.
• Support the implementation and ongoing use of Oracle EPM for budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Utilize SQL/BI tools to extract, analyze, and present financial and operational data.
• Collaborate positively with stakeholders across finance, operations, and commercial teams.
• Provide support for ad hoc financial analysis and business cases related to strategic initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all financial reporting outputs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and controls.
• Prepare commentary and presentation materials for quarterly board reporting.

Candidate Profile and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in finance, preferably within fintech, payments, or startup environments.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Familiarity with Oracle EPM or similar planning systems is beneficial.
• Competence in using SQL/BI tools for data extraction and analysis.
