About the Role

TIC Quality Control is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior HR Officer to join its team. This full-time position involves a key role in supporting and enhancing HR functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Handle employee relations and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with management on workforce planning and organizational needs.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4–6 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Essential Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in HR roles. This experience should demonstrate a solid understanding of HR functions and their application within a corporate setting.

Work Context
