Bothina Design, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our team. This full-time role is designed for a professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, site supervision, and contracting coordination, ready to contribute to diverse design initiatives.

Role Summary

The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for leading interior design projects from initial concept development through to successful execution. This involves leveraging strong design capabilities alongside practical knowledge of project management, materials, and on-site coordination to ensure all projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts, comprehensive space planning solutions, and professional presentation materials.
• Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and precise material specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout all project execution phases.
• Manage and supervise site activities to ensure strict adherence to design intent and quality standards.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and overall work progress to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections and proactively resolve any technical or design-related issues that may arise.
• Handle contractor negotiations, procurement coordination, and comprehensive vendor management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects, site supervision, and contracting coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction details, various materials, and execution processes.
• Demonstrated strong design capabilities and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Practical knowledge of project management principles and effective on-site coordination techniques.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires regular on-site presence for supervision and coordination activities to ensure project success.
