  • Oversee plant delivery, handling, storage, and installation, ensuring quality and health standards are met and installation follows best horticultural practices.

  • Review and verify as-built drawings and landscape Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for completeness and accuracy.
  • Participate in progress, technical, and coordination meetings, contributing input on landscape-related matters, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor the contractor's work program, sequencing, and resources for landscape works, identifying potential delays and recommending solutions.
  • Ensure full implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements for all landscape activities, in line with Parsons and project policies.
  • Prepare and submit discipline-specific reports, including daily/weekly site reports, quality reports, technical memos, and site correspondence.
  • Support inspections, snagging, de-snagging, and final handover of landscape areas to the client, ensuring high quality and alignment with the design vision.
