Mawref Logistics Solutions is seeking a Senior Leasing Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position dedicated to managing the comprehensive leasing operations for the company's properties within the region.

The Senior Leasing Officer Role

The Senior Leasing Officer is responsible for overseeing the entire leasing process, from initial lead generation to contract execution. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and skillfully negotiating lease agreements. A primary objective is to maximize property occupancy while consistently delivering high standards of customer service and achieving established leasing targets.

Core Leasing Responsibilities

• Manage the full leasing cycle, from lead generation through to contract execution.
• Identify and qualify prospective tenants through thorough market research and various lead generation channels.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver property presentations, and coordinate property viewings effectively.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable leasing solutions tailored to their needs.
• Prepare quotations, lease agreements, Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), and all related leasing documentation.
• Negotiate commercial terms in adherence to company policies and pricing guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless leasing operations and efficient contract execution.

Client Relationship and Market Analysis

• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up on tenant payments and support collection activities while preserving positive client relationships.
• Handle client inquiries, requests, and contract amendments promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate leasing records, CRM data, and comprehensive contract documentation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and overall leasing performance to identify opportunities for business growth and revenue optimization.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant leasing or real estate role. Professional certifications such as CCSP or CRM are considered an advantage.
