Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Senior Manager - Asset Security Operations to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is central to ensuring the robust security posture of Qiddiya's diverse operational platforms. The role focuses on leading daily security operations and managing key partnerships to maintain high standards of security across IT, network, OT, and application environments.
Role Overview
The Senior Manager - Asset Security Operations will lead the day-to-day delivery of security operations for IT, network/infrastructure, OT, and application platforms managed by the Asset Security Operations (ASO) team. A core aspect of this role involves overseeing the service delivery of Managed Service Partners (L1/L2) to ensure effective platform governance, compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the ASO team, comprising Senior Leads, Senior Specialists, and Security Specialists.
- Oversee Managed Service Partner L1/L2 service delivery and monitor SLA performance.
- Govern platform administration and manage security tool configuration changes.
- Supervise the Application Security program, including Web Application Firewall (WAF) governance, application vulnerability remediation, and coordination with the Cybersecurity Team.
- Lead vulnerability management activities, encompassing prioritization, tracking, and reporting of vulnerabilities.
- Manage change management processes for all ASO-owned security platforms.
- Oversee the operational handover of new security tools and ensure seamless service continuity.
- Coordinate with the Security Lead on security incidents, escalations, and change approvals.
- Prepare and present monthly operational and performance reports to leadership.
Required Experience and Technical Skills
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing enterprise security operations and security platforms.
- Hands-on experience with various security technologies, including firewalls, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Privileged Access Management (PAM), vulnerability management systems, and Web Application Firewalls (WAF).
Professional Qualifications and Attributes
- Experience in managing Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and ensuring their SLA performance.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and operational governance.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred.
