The Role: Senior Manager Brokerage

Land Sterling KSA is seeking a Senior Manager Brokerage to lead its residential and commercial brokerage operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, senior leadership position is for a real estate professional with a strong understanding of the KSA market and a proven background in team leadership, revenue growth, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead residential and commercial brokerage operations within the Saudi Arabian market.
• Build, manage, and develop a team of licensed brokerage agents.
• Drive brokerage revenue, growth, and transaction targets.
• Originate and manage landlord, developer, and corporate mandates.
• Manage listings, negotiations, and the closing of sale and lease transactions.
• Ensure compliance with REGA regulations, FAL licensing, and Ejar requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Manage brokerage pipelines, forecasts, and commission reporting.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be an experienced and commercially driven real estate professional. This role requires strong knowledge of the KSA market and a proven track record in team leadership, revenue growth, securing landlord and developer mandates, sales, leasing, and client relationship management. Candidates should demonstrate the leadership capabilities required to expand and enhance brokerage operations.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in real estate brokerage, with a focus on leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in driving transaction performance and strengthening client relationships.
• In-depth understanding of real estate regulations and market dynamics in Saudi Arabia.
