About the Role
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager for Compliance, Audit, Learning and Development to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position requires a strategic leader with over 10 years of experience to oversee critical functions within the organization.
Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to legal standards, conducting internal audits, and fostering continuous improvement in learning and development initiatives. Your leadership will be instrumental in cultivating a culture of accountability, training, and best practice implementation across Qiddiya Investment Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards across all operations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of organizational practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
- Manage risk assessments and compliance monitoring to proactively mitigate issues and ensure accountability.
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compliance and audit findings for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement through mentoring and coaching staff on compliance matters.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adjust practices and ensure compliance effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Compliance, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in compliance, audit, or learning and development roles, preferably within large-scale organizations.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices.
- Proven experience in conducting audits and implementing compliance programs and improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training and development programs.
