About the Senior Manager CRM Role
Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager CRM to lead customer relationship management strategies and initiatives for its Sales and Leasing functions. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and requires over 10 years of experience. The successful candidate will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through robust CRM systems, data analysis, and engagement strategies.
Sales & Leasing Performance Unit Overview
The Sales & Leasing Performance Unit (PU) at Qiddiya is responsible for establishing and maintaining best practices in sales and leasing standards and expertise. This includes developing policies, procedures, tools, and training programs, as well as managing the customer journey for sales and leasing across various asset classes. The unit also provides market intelligence to support the sales and leasing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of CRM professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee the training and development of the CRM team.
- Manage the CRM database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and behaviors to inform strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, leasing, and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
- Work with IT to ensure effective integration of the CRM system with other business systems.
- Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for CRM initiatives.
- Design and implement customer loyalty programs and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM software and tools.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement in customer engagement.
- Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies for tailored marketing efforts.
- Implement personalized communication strategies based on customer behavior.
- Identify and implement process improvements for CRM operations.
- Provide training and support to staff on CRM tools and best practices.
- Manage relationships with CRM vendors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback for team members.
- Promote organizational values and culture through leadership.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in CRM management or a related field.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading and supporting CRM system implementations in real estate sales and leasing.
- Demonstrated expertise in configuring CRM platforms and ensuring seamless integration.
- Strong understanding of CRM implementation best practices in real estate, including data migration, user training, and change management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software (*, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Arabic language proficiency (written and spoken) is desirable.
Work Context
This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The role operates within the Sales & Leasing Performance Unit, contributing to the strategic development and operational excellence of customer relationship management for Qiddiya's sales and leasing activities.
