About the Senior Manager - Digital Twin Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Digital Twin to lead the implementation and advancement of digital twin technologies. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on leveraging digital twin methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and drive innovation across the organization.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Senior Manager - Digital Twin will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of Qiddiya's digital twin strategy. This involves integrating advanced digital twin concepts with existing infrastructure to create a unified and intelligent operational environment. The role is critical in ensuring the successful deployment of digital twin solutions that deliver tangible business value and support Qiddiya's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Qiddiya's Digital Twin project, including the timely delivery of the strategy, roadmap, and Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
• Act as the primary liaison with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors to ensure project alignment and success.
• Develop and oversee the Digital Twin strategy, ensuring its integration with existing digital infrastructure such as BIM, GIS, IoT, and the Unified Data Platform (UDP).
• Manage the implementation of the MVP to validate selected use cases and demonstrate the value of the Digital Twin.
• Create a roadmap for scaling the Digital Twin framework across Qiddiya, identifying new use cases and driving continuous improvement.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and site visits to gather insights and align project objectives with business needs.
• Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to cybersecurity policies, data governance standards, and project requirements.
• Manage project budgets, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and build business cases to demonstrate return on investment (ROI).
• Ensure organizational readiness for scaling Digital Twin initiatives by defining new roles, training programs, and process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Smart Cities, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in digital transformation, smart infrastructure, or similar fields.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing large-scale technology projects, ideally involving Digital Twin, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or Internet of Things (IoT).
• Proven skills in stakeholder management and vendor coordination.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Province of Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with various internal departments and external partners to achieve project goals.
