About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Wet Utilities (Planning) to join its team in Riyadh Province. This role is central to the strategic planning and development of essential wet utility infrastructure, including water supply, sewage, and stormwater management, supporting the sustainable growth of Qiddiya.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager - Wet Utilities (Planning) will lead the planning and development of wet utility infrastructure projects. This position requires a strategic approach to ensure the effective design and implementation of systems that are integral to the overall development of Qiddiya. The role involves comprehensive planning, coordination, and oversight to meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive planning strategies for wet utilities projects aligned with Qiddiya's vision and sustainability objectives.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and environmental impact analyses for proposed wet utility projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, environmental, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with local and national standards.
• Oversee the design, construction, and commissioning of wet utility infrastructure, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
• Engage with stakeholders, including governmental entities, community groups, and consultants, to facilitate collaboration and gather input.
• Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules.
• Promote innovation and best practices in wet utilities planning and management.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and new technologies in wet utilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in wet utilities planning and management, with a preference for experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• A strong understanding of wet utility infrastructure design, regulatory requirements, and environmental considerations.
• Proven project management skills, including experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with planning and modeling software relevant to wet utilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
