About the Role

Khibraty | خبرتي is seeking a Senior Manager for a short-term contract position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading the delivery of a strategic public sector engagement for a leading Big 4 consulting firm, focusing on labor market policies and strategy.

This position is designed for a seasoned expert who can provide strategic direction and hands-on support to government entities, contributing to significant public sector transformation initiatives within the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a strategic public sector engagement focused on labor market policies and strategy.
• Develop, review, and support the implementation of labor market strategies, employment policies, and workforce development initiatives.
• Engage with senior government stakeholders, including ministerial and executive leadership, to drive strategic objectives.
• Provide expert advice and analysis on labor market policies and strategies, both within Saudi Arabia and internationally.
• Leverage understanding of international frameworks and standards from organizations such as the International Labour Organization (ILO), World Bank, and United Nations (UN).
• Contribute to public sector transformation initiatives through strategic thinking and policy analysis.
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively to ensure project success.
• Communicate complex policy and strategy recommendations clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in labor market policies, employment strategies, workforce development, or closely related fields.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, reviewing, or supporting labor market strategies, employment policies, and workforce development initiatives.
• Proven experience engaging with senior government stakeholders, including ministerial and executive leadership.
• Previous experience supporting government entities or public sector transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
• Experience within the GCC market and on public sector advisory projects is highly desirable.

Required Skills

Contract Details

This is a contract role with an initial duration of six months. The assignment is onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Immediate availability is required.
