AE7 is seeking a Senior Master Planner to join its professional team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to the development and execution of significant projects within the region, focusing on comprehensive master planning initiatives.

Role Overview

The Senior Master Planner will be responsible for the preparation and oversight of master plans, design packages, and technical documentation. This position requires active participation in design reviews and close coordination with various disciplines to ensure all project requirements and company standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare master plans, design packages, and technical documentation for various projects.
• Participate in design reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate effectively with architecture, landscape, infrastructure, and other relevant disciplines.
• Support the creation of presentations, reports, and project submissions.
• Contribute to the development of master plans through Tender Documentation processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of dedicated master planning experience.
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or healthcare developments.
