About the Role

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Finance Techno Functional professional to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on providing expert guidance and support for Oracle Finance Management System implementations and optimizations.

Role Overview

This role involves a blend of technical and functional expertise within Oracle Finance. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the successful deployment and ongoing management of Oracle Finance modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning in Oracle technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Oracle Finance modules, including requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical and functional support for troubleshooting system issues, performance tuning, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand finance processes and recommend optimal solutions and best practices.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Mentor and train junior consultants and team members.
• Stay current with Oracle Finance trends, updates, and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.

Required Technical Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Finance modules, including Asset Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger.

Additional Skills and Qualifications

• Experience working with government entities in Saudi Arabia is considered a valuable asset.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
