The Role of Senior Planner

Cenomi Retail is seeking a Senior Planner to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for developing and managing merchandise plans to optimize sales, inventory productivity, profitability, and stock availability across all retail stores and channels. The Senior Planner will engage in demand forecasting, assortment planning, inventory optimization, and replenishment management, working closely with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial OTB, sales, margin, and inventory plans.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including Sales, Margin, Sell Through, Weeks of Cover, and Stock Turn.
• Collaborate with Buying, Supply Chain, Finance, and Retail Operations teams.
• Conduct Pre-Buy Analysis, Post-Buy Analysis, and In-Season Demand Planning.
• Partner with the Buying Team on Assortment & Range Planning.
• Provide weekly trading analysis and recommend commercial actions.
• Manage forecasting, inventory productivity, and replenishment processes.
• Support promotional and markdown planning initiatives.
• Prepare executive reports and presentations for management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Relevant retail planning experience appropriate to a senior role level (5-10 years of experience).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
• Experience with Power BI and ERP systems is preferred.
