Role Summary

Delivery Hero SE is seeking a Senior Product Design Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and focuses on defining and driving product design strategy aligned with business priorities. The manager will be responsible for translating complex customer and business problems into scalable experiences and advocating for customer-centric decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product design strategy aligned with Hungerstation’s product and business priorities.
• Translate complex customer and business problems into simple, scalable experiences.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to shape product strategy and roadmaps.
• Advocate for customer-centric decision-making across the organisation.
• Identify experience gaps and opportunities across the end-to-end customer journey.

Requirements

• Own and continuously raise the quality bar across Hungerstation’s digital experiences.
• Provide design direction and oversight across multiple product domains.
• Establish clear design principles, patterns, and standards that create a consistent Hungerstation experience.
• Lead the evolution and adoption of Hungerstation’s design system.
• Establish effective design reviews, design QA, and experience-quality processes.
• Ensure Design is involved early in discovery and strategic product decisions.
