The Role: Senior Project Manager Civils & Superstructure

Mace is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a part-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves supporting the delivery of major civil and superstructure packages within a complex stadium program. The position combines hands-on construction delivery with broader project management and coordination responsibilities, distinct from dedicated night-shift construction roles.

Project Context

This opportunity is part of a large-scale program in Saudi Arabia. The project involves a major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, arts, and associated infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil and superstructure packages through construction and delivery phases.
• Provide day-to-day project and package management leadership.
• Monitor construction progress against the program and agreed deliverables.
• Ensure the availability of required design information to support construction activities.
• Coordinate interfaces between design, construction, and other project packages.
• Identify constraints and actively drive the resolution of delivery issues.
• Collaborate closely with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Maintain a strong site presence while managing wider project requirements.
• Monitor package risks, interfaces, program, and delivery performance.
• Provide clear reporting and escalation of key project issues.
• Support the successful completion and handover of assigned works.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 5-10 years in a relevant role.
• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager, particularly with major civil and superstructure packages.
• Ability to manage complex construction programs.
